Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety standards, opened consumable items (such as tea) cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed shipping instructions. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
